The lots supported 1522 21st, built in 1885 and utilized as their primary residence, as well as a one-story frame cottage completed in February 1899. James Nicoline Migliavacca, a salesman for Kauffman, Meyers & Company. In 1929, David and Eugenia Rossi gifted the house to the Migliavaccas, who added the sleeping porch and garage
